December (ディセンバー Disenbā), also known as Dekatos, was the leader of the Tartarus Lapse and the tenth Kaleid Blood. She is the seal of Kojou's 10th familiar, Dabih-Crystallus and its previous holder.
Appearance[]
December greatly resembles Avrora Florestina and the other Kaleid Bloods, having fair skin and short blonde hair. She also wears a letterman jacket and a half cap–styled helmet with windbreak goggles.
She was a foreign girl with a baby face. She was wearing platform shoes, but even so, her height probably didn’t amount to a hundred and sixty centimeters. Her outfit consisted of a letterman jacket and a denim miniskirt. With a half helmet on her head, she wore goggles like those of a swimmer’s to keep the wind at bay.[1]
