Meiga Itogami (絃神冥駕(いとがみめいが), Itogami Meiga) was a prisoner of the Prison Barrier who managed to escape with six others, including Aya, when its seal was broken. He was the only prisoner who knew that since Aya had stolen all of Natsuki's memories and time then she had become the key of the Prison Barrier but didn't interfere with her plans because her plans would also benefit him. He knows the plans of the Lion King Organization, that Asagi is the priestess of Cain, and who Mogwai is.

Since he was an attack mage of the Lion King Organization, it is assumed he has skill in hand to hand combat as well as fighting using weapons and some spells.

Meiga's body is different from others, enabling him to wield the prototype schneewalzer, Fangzahn. His body is not affected by any supernatural effect, which makes him the only individual capable of using Fangzahn as the spear is considered a "failure" because it nullifies both magical and spiritual energies, rendering any effect and ability useless against him. When he encountered Yukina and Asagi, not even Yukina's Spirit Sight was successful on him when he wields Fangzahn, making her miss her attacks. He demonstrates the ability to nullify or allow both energies at will so he can use spells if needed.

Some of his spells include Spatial Control to teleport himself. It should be noted that Spatial Control Magic is considered extremely hard to achieve, and only the best Witches can use it effectively, just like Natsuki.
