Motoki is a tall, high-school student. He has teal eyes and swept back brown hair. He also has a pair of headphones around his neck most of the time. He wears the Saikai Academy school uniform.

Abilities
He is an Esper who has the ability to manipulate special soundwaves, granting him superhuman hearing, however, he needs certain drugs or enhancers to use his abilities to the fullest.

| Sound Control | Motoki has the ability to control sound and uses it for eavesdropping and for scouting. He also possesses a strange pill that increases his ability and allows him to perform even greater supernatural abilities, such as propelling himself into the air. Using more than one pill allows him to create a sound clone of himself and control it by concentrating while wearing his headphones. What this clone is capable of doing is currently unclear as it was destroyed quickly by Dimitrie Vatler. |

| Soundscape | By using his headphones he is able to enhance his hearing beyond that of a normal human. He is able to use this ability to spy on others or to keep tabs on them. The weakness of Soundscape is that it is too sensitive, a powerful burst from Kojou Akatsuki when he was injured by Kirasaka Sayaka disrupted the Soundscape and harmed Motoki's hearing for several minutes. |
