The Cleansing (聖殲,Seisen?, lit. "Holy Annihilation") is a magic created by Cain that allows for him to interpose and temporarily alter the laws of the universe created by God and in conjunction with it, thereafter that allows for him to change the being of the Devas into another being; into Demons, rendering them weaker in strength therefore allowing for them to be accessibly killed by Humans and thus potentially be annihilated, or cleansed, from the universe.[1]

The places touched by the Cleansing could instantly be transformed into something else, like gold. The Cleansing was a spell that rewrote the world. This was not transmutation of matter; it was rewriting the world so that it had always been gold to begin with. Since The Cleansing interfered with the world itself, Snowdrift Wolf’s Ability to nullify demonic energy was ineffective against it.[2]
Vermillion Bullets: The Cleansing could be used in a form of vermillion bullets that trailed beautiful, geometric streaks of light as they flew. In truth, these bullets were collections of light particles enveloping magic symbols within.[2]
